Room 1 is cozy with tea/coffee, hairdryer, mini toiletries, and a mini fridge. Friendly welcome and great location with nearby parking. Lovely full English breakfast with other options on the menu.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a seating area, which was a nice bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the room was bright and airy. The hotel has fantastic facilities, including a fridge with bottled water, chocolates, crisps, and biscuits. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, cereals, muffins, yogurts, and more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location by the seaside, next to a tram station, made it convenient to explore the city and visit attractions.

I stayed in this FANTASTIC LITTLE hotel for 2 days, had excellent experience, enjoyed its brilliant location next to the beach, Blackpool and Central and South Pier.

Stayed with family. Spotless, modern, comfortable room. Extras supplied. Plastic plates and cup for granddaughter. Brilliant breakfast, plentiful and fresh. Convenient location near the seafront.

It's delightful place to stay 2 km away from English lights festival. Very comfy beds & neat rooms.

Planned to see Blackpool major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them.

Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail and all the little touches make for a memorable stay.

Hotel was fairly clean and in a quiet area not far from the promenade. The people working here were fabulous and pleasant. Enjoyed every minute of being there, would recomand.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, from cereals and fruit to a full English breakfast. The service provided by the hosts is friendly and welcoming.

The curtains in the rooms are quite light in color, resulting in the room being brightly lit early in the morning during the summer months.
